All orders are shipped via trusted carriers, and tracking
information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Costs

4. Delivery Times

5. International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping costs.

6. Freight Shipping

For larger orders, freight shipping options are available.

7. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with
the tracking information. You can use this to track your order’s progress with the carrier.

8. Risk of Loss

All products are shipped FOB (Free on Board), meaning
the risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Once the order is in transit, you assume responsibility for any lost or damaged shipments.

9. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5
business days of receiving your shipment. Provide photographs of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer replacements or refunds, depending on the circumstances.

10. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All
orders must be delivered to a physical commercial or residential address.
